The food was delicious We enjoyed it. The place didn't have any music and it was a little unusual. I think music would add some atmosphere to the pizzeria. The service was perfect and the design is simple and pleasant.

Great service and we loved the pizza. The crust had a nice flavor and crunch to it. The ingredients seem fresh and their was unique varieties to choose from.

We popped in here, not knowing what to expect and we were not disappointed! I can honestly say I don’t know if I have ever had better pizza and I just came back from Italy. I love the vibe of the pizzeria and the flavors of the pizza. The service is great too. I will definitely be back, often.

I got the pepperoni madness and my son got meats all the way. They were both tasty and super cheesy. The crust was a bit dense. The people who run the place were friendly and great service. I will be back to try the Punjabi tikka next.

Hidden Gem , Fire Up pizzeria in Edina gets my 5 stars! Been twice for lunch, both times outstanding. Hand-tossed pizzas loaded with fresh ingredients, cooked fast in new wood-burning oven imported from Italy. 15” Za’ comes out crispy, not soggy like some places! Pizza is solid! Big menu of specialty pizzas and combos and build your own options with countless toppings and sauces available. Family-owned, new, spotless clean and fresh. The specialty oven cooks everything evenly, makes a real difference. Pizza cooks quickly.. 5-8 minutes. Also have loaded potatoes, hand-tossed cheese balls baked (not deep fried), garlic knots and many other sides. Reasonably priced, not crazy expensive like some places these days. Casual spot, definitely family friendly with wine/beer available. Definitely going back- 5-Stars! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

I was genuinely surprised to see a brick oven. My fav type of pizza indeed! Pizza was so delicious, salad light and springy with ingredients that made the meal very enjoyable and satisfying. Staff warm and welcoming. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. My new spot!

Wow!!!! The staff is just as delightful as the pizza. Highly recommend coming here and checking out their unique menu and great food. High quality ingredients and super clean dining room with video games and a claw machine. Reminds me of Pizza Ranch if it was for adults and actually knew how to make pizza. Need more of these in the Twin Cities but totally worth the commute.
